At lunch we went to our favorite restaurant and, as we were ordering, we heard the people in the table next to us speaking English to their waiter. We knew that there was another adoptive family from Belgium coming in so we asked if they were from Belgium and they said yes! As we were talking with them, Linda and Dave walked in for lunch. So now there is another family here in Pavlodar for all of us to get to know.
Tomorrow we go back to court (hopefully for the last time). We are both nervous but are hoping that third times a charm. We'll post as soon as we get news.
Peggy, Casper, and Jan
Friends for life! Casper and Ava enjoying the concert.
Ava got a piece of candy after the concert...yummy!
Ava was a little unsure about the lady dressed up like a giant chicken so she sat on Daddy's lap.
The girls in their bright dresses
We find more new murals around the Baby Home every day!
The weather today was yucky and humid. We are hoping to get out of Kaz before it gets too much hotter.
Blowing on the Dandelions still provides entertainment
All three of us hope that tomorrow is the day that we officially become a family. Thanks for your prayers. I know we always say that but, knowing that people are praying for us gets us through these tough times.
