Video: To be honest, it's been a little difficult to watch video or go through pictures since our return to the states. Now that we KNOW we'll be seeing Ava soon, we've gone through some old video and thought we'd share them with you.
Here a video of Ava walking outside. We are so proud of her progress :-)
In this video Ava is eating her messy snack. She really loves snack time.
Peggy...don't kill me. Here is a video of us playing games with Jan and Peggy.
Friends In Pavlodar:We are thrilled to let you all know that Peggy, Jan, and Casper are back in Belgium!!!! It will be so hard to be there without them but we are so glad that they've finally made it home with their baby. Our other friends, Linda and Dave, from Canada are also home with their 4 year old boy, Logan!!!! YIPPEE! The other adoptive families that we met, are either home or close to being home which is so wonderful and encouraging for us...I guess adopting from Pavlodar is possible after all :-)
Fundraising: We are so thankful for everyone who has ordered items. Still feel free to email me if you are interested in anything. Through the wonderful world wide web, I have been able to develop a relationship with Amanda. Amanda and her husband are about the same age as James and I and are in the process of adopting from Korea. She lives in Kentucky and is friends with my best friend, Jennifer. Anyways... Amanda has a website where she sells her beautiful jewelry! She has graciously offered to donate 50% of her sales to James and I over the next week or two so if you order from her you will be supporting both of our adoptions! Her website is: http://www.wix.com/amandamay24/jewelry
Also, here is one more project I've been working on this week:

Great videos...I cried..Can't wait to give her a hug....
Congratulations Peggy, Jon and Casper and Linda, Dave and Logan and other families, I am so thankful that you are a continuing part of James and Kari's lives. Best wishes to all of you as your families begin a new chapter.
Love,
Sheral
I love all of the videos! She is so precious. I love the one with her eating because she is already imitating you. When you laugh, she hears it and laughs too. I am sad I will not be at home when you get back but we will Skype often. Miss you! Can't wait to Skype in the near future.
Very exciting news about everyone getting through! I am sad Peggy and Jan won't be there but hopefully it won't be long before you are home yourselves.
Oh yes, Kari, I will kill you for this :) When I see that video, I even more miss our time together. This is friendship for life ! Why is America soooo far away ...
Hugs, Peggy.
What a cutie... it is so fun to see her in action! I am so happy that Kari and Sheral (and James too) will be with her soon! Congrats to Peggy, Jon and Casper! I know that Kari and James will miss you! We have enjoyed playing some of the fun games you taught Kari and James.
Sheral, thank you for taking care of our Kari! We appreciate your supporting them and wish we could go too! All our love,
Steve and Pam
Those new hair clips are super adorable! I'm so glad that you and Amanda know each other - I know you guys are such an encouragement to her and Shelby as they begin their adoption! Love you guys!!
Just watched the videos - so cute!! Kari, did I hear your little laugh snort during the card game? I hope so!
I often think of you; Here are my lasts 2 days in Pavlodar, I'm quite sad to leave from Pavlodar because it's my daughter's town.
But it will be so good for her to live in France with us, her parents.
Soon, Ava will know the same; You miss me; Pavlodar is not the same without you, and Peggy & Jan, but that's the way it is, isn't it ?
I hope seeing new pictures of you and Ava very very soon !
Katy
Pam, I am sooo looking forward to going to Kaz with Kari and creating a special bond between us. I cannot begin to tell you how much that means to me. What a great opportunity I have to create special bonds with my granddaughter and daughter-in-law in one trip. Life is good!!!
p.s. James and Kari, love you guys
