Why We Are Adopting
Through lots of talking, thinking, and most importantly, praying, we decided that God wanted us to adopt our first child. Where to adopt from was the big question. After God shut the door for us to adopt from Guatemala, we began looking at Kazakhstan. We fell in love with the pictures we saw of beautiful children, rich culture, and gorgeous scenery. Most of all we felt the strong calling to be "Mommy" and "Daddy" for a child who otherwise would not have one. We are near the end of a long, emotional and draining process and we know that it will be worth everything once we bring little Ava home!

Padres game? Here we watch Nascar racing. James ... your grandpa is looking forward to one this afternoon. So, happy Sunday to him! As for me ... I am heading off to church to hear Navy Chaplain Rhodes deliver the message. After that he and his family of wife and 3 kids will be heading to Hawaii where he will be stationed for another 3 years. Talke about your WEATHER!!!!

We were at the game last night and were trying to blow you kisses through the TV, but I don't think the camera man ever saw us! Oh well, we tried! Next time we will bring a sign saying "Kazakhstan loves the Padres." Glad you are finding some entertainment! Love You! Mom and Dad
