We had a busy weekend here and spent lots of time out with friends. All of us adoptive families like to stay busy on the weekends b/c it makes it go by quicker...the exact opposite of weekends at home.
My wonderful students are having their open house this week and I wanted to let them all know that I am thinking of them. I also wanted to tell the parents in my class that I am so proud of their kids and all the things they accomplished this school year.

Love these photos - Ava looks perfect with you. I cannot wait to come out and meet her as soon as humanly possible! We are all praying for the court date. The Lord is in complete control!
Just wanted to say don't worry too much about court. I had one of the worst court experiences but all was well in the end. It sounds like your coordinator has taken good care of you so far and so she must know if court will be tough or not. So try to relax and know that this time next week the "hard" part will be behind you. Then you just have the 36 hours of flying to look forward to.
